1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Please note, delays may occur due to weather conditions, festive rush, or logistic constraints.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid and COD orders across India.

  • No hidden charges are applied at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email (if opted in) with your tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track the shipment status on the courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

  • In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unreachable number, or customer unavailability, the product may be returned to us.

  • We will attempt to contact you to re-confirm shipping details before re-dispatching.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package is damaged, tampered with, or items are missing, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via our website contact form.


8. Change in Address

  • Changes in shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


9. Undeliverable Locations

  • While we strive to deliver across India, there may be certain remote pin codes where delivery is unavailable. In such cases, we will inform you and initiate a refund if already paid.
