Yes. All our Rudraksha, Malas, and spiritual items are 100% natural, lab-certified, and sourced from authentic origins. Each product is verified before dispatch.

2. Are the products energized before shipping?

Yes. Every product is properly energized (Pran Pratishtha) through traditional Vedic rituals before it reaches you, so you can start wearing it immediately.

3. Can anyone wear Rudraksha?

Yes. Rudraksha can be worn by men, women, and people of all religions. It is believed to be a universal spiritual bead with positive effects for all.

4. How do I know which Rudraksha is right for me?

We offer general-purpose as well as Zodiac-based (Rashi Anusar) Rudraksha suggestions. You can refer to our chart or consult a spiritual expert for personal recommendations.

5. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India along with prepaid payment options like UPI, cards, and net banking.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is typically:

Metro Cities: 3–5 days
Other Areas: 5–8 days

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery via our contact form. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

9. Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every order includes a Trinetra Certificate of Authenticity and a guide for wearing and maintaining the product.

10. Is international shipping available?

Currently, we only ship within India. International delivery will be introduced soon.
