Return & Refund Policy

At Trinetra, we take great care to ensure that you receive authentic, energized, and high-quality spiritual products. However, if there is any issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Products such as energized Rudraksha beads, malas, and other spiritual items are not eligible for return if used, as they are personalized and energy-sensitive.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Raise a return request via the Contact Form on the Trinetra website within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  • Our team will review the request and confirm the next steps via message or email

3. Return Approval & Pickup

  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where serviceable)

  • Alternatively, you may be asked to ship the product back at your own cost, and the shipping fee will be refunded if the return is valid

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days to your original payment method

  • If paid via COD, we will request your UPI or bank details for the refund

  • Refunds are subject to successful quality check and approval

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used or tampered Rudraksha, Malas, or Bracelets

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Orders where return request is raised after 3 days of delivery

  • Slight color or design variations due to natural material differences

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but may be returned based on the above policy
